Finally got a chance to edit the photos from the recent show I co-curated as part of Coalesce ARI, The Seven Visible Signs of Ageing. It opened at the end of April and ran until mid-May at Eckersley’s Open Space Gallery in Melbourne. This is my work installed — six etchings all up, in two series of three. oh my. Say, what grade of copper is this? plain old (thin) roofing copper? How much did it cost you?
I’m not sure of the exact thickness. Not thin enough to bend, but not excessively thick, either. We order it through the studios at uni in bulk, so I’m also unsure of where exactly it comes from....
